Companioning
I offer a deep listening presence to accompany you on your spiritual journey. None of us has to do it alone and in fact, we need each other to grow. I am happy to be a deep, solid support for you on your journey.
Retreats
I offer on line and in person retreats each season. I am planning one to Ireland to explore Celtic spirituality and the arts in 2024. Stay tuned!
Workshops
I offer workshops on themes incorporating the arts, mindfulness, and spirituality on line and in person.
